Ingredients

白飯 (2合份)
壽司醋 (1/2杯)
紅蘿蔔 (1根)
萵苣 (1/2個)
蛋 (1個)
鹽 (少量)
沙拉油 (適量)
鰻魚 (1/2尾)
木芽 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 萵苣、紅蘿蔔切成細絲,淨泡於壽司醋。
  2. 蛋裡加入少許鹽,平底鍋裡放沙拉油加熱後將蛋汁倒入煎薄皮蛋。煎完後冷卻,並切成細絲。
  3. 將①放入於白飯攪拌。
  4. 將③盛盤,放上煎薄片之蛋與切成一口大小之鰻魚,最後加上木芽即可。
