牛蒡 1根
白菜 1/8個
雞腿肉 1個
大頭菜 2個

紅蘿蔔 1/4根
芝麻豆乳鍋高湯(開封即用型)1袋

Instructions

  1. 把鱈魚、雞腿肉、白菜切成一口大小。蔥切斜長段。大頭菜削皮後切成6~8等分。牛蒡洗淨並稍為刮去表面根鬚,斜切成薄片後泡水。紅蘿蔔切成薄長片。
  2. 芝麻豆乳鍋高湯包稍微搖勻後倒入鍋內,開火煮沸,加入①繼續煮到食材熟透。
