Ingredients

烏龍麵(冷凍) 2球
薄片豬五花 100g
高麗菜 2片
紅蘿蔔 1/4根
沙拉油(炒用) 1大匙
鰹魚調味露二倍 4大匙
柴魚片 適量

Instructions

  1. 五花肉片和高麗菜切成容易入口的大小。
  2. 油入平底鍋後開火加熱,炒熟肉片。肉熟了之後放入高麗菜拌炒。
  3. 把煮好的烏龍麵加進鍋裡拌炒,再加入鰹魚調味露二倍,食材炒至入味後起鍋。裝盤後上撒一些柴魚片即完成。
