Ingredients

白蘿蔔 (5cm)
甜不辣 (2片)
雞蛋 (3顆)
大頭菜 (小3個)
馬鈴薯 (中1個)
鑫鑫腸 (3個)
小番茄 (6個)
油豆腐 (2個)
pizza用的起司 (1/2杯)
紅椒 (1/4個)
黃椒 (1/4個)
鱈寶 (1/3片)
花椰菜 (1/4個)
竹輪 (1個)
魚板 (1/3個)
水菜 (1/2株)
生火腿 (3片)
烤飛魚鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 白蘿蔔削皮後,切成2~3cm左右厚扇狀,馬鈴薯削皮後,切成好入口大小,分別燙熟後備用。油豆腐、甜不辣用滾水澆淋去除表面油份。蛋煮成水煮蛋後剝殼。
  2. 把油豆腐切一半,塞入pizza用的起司後,用牙籤封口。水菜則切成5cm左右長度,用生火腿捲成一小捲。
  3. 竹輪與鑫鑫腸皆切成2cm左右長塊狀。魚板切成1cm左右寬扇狀。鱈寶則切成1cm左右正方形。甜不辣、大頭菜與甜椒都切成好入口大小。小番茄去除蒂頭。花椰菜掰成小塊。
  4. 把[1]、[2]、[3]依個人喜好串成一串串。
