Instructions
- 雞翅旁取出水分擦乾。
- 姜不去除皮直接切薄片,大蒜壓扁。
- 使用不鏽鋼或是樹脂加工的鍋子裡放入和[2]燉煮。
- 燉煮後加入[1]和剝殼的水煮蛋,蓋上鍋蓋後以中火燉煮20分鐘。
