Ingredients

綠豆細粉 (30g)
豆芽菜 (1袋)
小黃瓜 (1 根)
火腿 (2片)
沙拉油 (少量)
 
<簡單三杯醋>
米醋 (2大匙)
滋優鮮露(鰹魚) (2大匙)
水 (1大匙)
土佐醋
醋漬用黑醋

Instructions

  1. 綠豆粉絲按照標示方法,水煮後用冷水冷卻瀝乾,加一些莎拉油。
  2. 豆芽菜水煮,小黃瓜、火腿、萵苣切成細絲。
  3. 將[1]和[2]盛盤,淋上<簡單三杯醋<。
