味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍 4大匙
味滋康 味琳 2大匙

Instructions
- 南瓜切一口大小.
- 鍋子裡放入沙拉油後開火加熱,油熱後放入生薑末和雞絞肉炒到粒粒分明, 再加入和[1],煮至南瓜變軟.
- 太白粉用兩倍的水(份量外)溶化後入鍋翻炒做出芡汁,將菜盛裝入盤內.
