中華麵(生) 1球
豬里肌肉 薄切 50g
白菜 1片
水菜 1/4袋
金針菇 1/2袋
味滋康 芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 (開封即用型) 2杯量
辣油 適量
芝麻粉 (白) 適量

Instructions

【使用鍋裡剩餘高湯所做的料理】
  1. 把中華麵煮熟後備用。
  2. 豬里肌肉切成方便食用大小、白菜切大塊、水菜切5cm長、金針菇去蒂掰散。
  3. 將鍋裡剩餘的湯煮沸,煮熟水菜以外的食材。
  4. 再將[1]放到[3]裡、最後放入水菜。
  5. 完成後,淋上辣油和白芝麻粉。
