Ingredients

豬里肌肉/雞肉 薄片 (隨意)
大白菜 (1/4顆)
長蔥 (2支)
水菜 (1袋)
紅蘿蔔 (適量)
金針菇 (1包)
絹豆腐 (1塊)
油炸豆皮 (1片)
芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 將各種食材切成容易入口的大小備用。
  2. 將「芝麻豆乳鍋高湯(開封即用型)」搖勻後放入鍋內,點火煮。煮開後,將水菜以外的食材放入鍋內,加蓋用中火再次煮開。
  3. 最後加入水菜完成。
