白菜 1/4個
豆芽菜 1袋
牛肉涮肉片 150g
豬肉涮肉片 150g
蔥 1本
鴻喜菇 1包
金針菇 1包
紅蘿蔔 適量
韭菜 1/4把
水 1/2杯
<個人喜好醬料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 適量
味滋康 練芝麻醬 適量
粗粒黑胡椒 適量
Instructions
- 白菜切5cm寬片,紅蘿蔔切5cm條狀,蔥斜切薄片。鴻喜菇,金針菇掰成小塊,韭菜切5cm長。
- 白菜、蔥、金針菇、豆芽菜混合後,開啟電烤盤加熱模式。這些菜上面再放紅蘿蔔和鴻喜菇讓色彩更繽紛.最後鋪上牛肉和豬肉片。
- 加水後蓋上蓋子,開高溫模式加熱。等蒸氣跑出來後,調低溫度至仍保有蒸氣的狀態,維持7~8分鐘左右至食材都熟透。
- 最後加入韭菜,依個人喜好可灑些黑胡椒調味。※請搭配享用。
