白飯 丼碗2杯量
雞腿肉 1/2片
洋蔥 1/2個
雞蛋 3個
山芹菜 適量
味滋康 鰹魚調味露®2倍 1/2杯
水 一杯

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉切片成一口大小、洋蔥切薄片。
  2. 平底鍋上放入「鰹魚調味露2倍」和水後開火煮滾、放入①。
  3. 雞腿肉煮熟就加入打好的蛋液、煮到蛋液半熟就可熄火。
  4. 白飯盛入丼碗、淋上③享用。
