Ingredients

雞腿肉 250g
大白菜 1/8個
長葱 2根
鴻喜菇 1包
胡蘿蔔 1/4根
水菜 1/4袋
絹豆腐 1塊
葛粉條 15g
油豆腐 2片
味滋康 烤飛魚鍋高湯-開封即用型 1包

Instructions

  1. 雞肉切成一口大小、大白菜切塊、長葱切斜薄片、胡蘿蔔切半月片、鴻喜菇切除蒂頭後撥開、葛粉條用熱水泡開。其它食材均切成好入口大小即可。
  2. 烤飛魚鍋高湯倒入鍋中後開火煮開,待滾後加入除了水菜以外的食材至煮熟。
  3. 最後加入水菜稍微煮一下就完成囉!
  4. ※ 依個人喜好也可加大頭菜哦!
