Directions
- 1.Lightly beat the egg.
- 2.Bring the remaining broth from the hot pot to a boil, add the cooked rice, and simmer over low heat for 1 minute.
- 3. Pour the beaten egg into the pot in a circular motion and allow it to cook through. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
