Mitsuba (Japanese Parsley) | 1 bunch |
Frozen Udon Noodles | 1 pack |
Kombu (5cm square) | 1 piece |
Kuzukiri Noodles | as needed |

Directions
- 1.Prepare your choice of ingredients by cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Soak the kuzukiri noodles in hot water to soften.
- 2.Fill a pot with water and add the kombu. Bring to a boil, then remove the kombu. Dip the shabu-shabu pork and the prepared ingredients from step [1] into the hot broth to cook them, then enjoy with *Pon Shabu* or *Sesame Shabu* dipping sauce. Finish by adding the udon noodles to the pot and cooking them in the broth.
