Directions
- 1.Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion into 5mm widths and cut the garlic chives into 4cm lengths.
- 2.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the pork belly until cooked through, then add the onion and kimchi and continue to stir-fry. Add Sesame Sauce (Coarse Roasted Type) and coat everything evenly. Finally, add the garlic chives, give it a quick stir, and transfer to a serving dish.
