Ingredients
豬肉片 涮肉用 (150g)
春高麗菜 (200g)
蘆筍(綠色) (1束)
温泉蛋 (1個)
芝麻醬 (練芝麻) (適量)
Instructions
- 高麗菜切細絲。蘆筍硬的部分用削皮器削除、斜切成薄片。
- 鍋内水煮沸後, 高麗菜、蘆筍快速燙熟。用撈網撈出後、用冷開水過水後瀝除多餘水分。
- 鍋内水煮沸後, 將豬肉片快速涮過、燙熟取出放在撈網上、靜置自然冷卻。
- 取一盤子將[2]盛放如甜甜圈狀。中心處放入豬肉片、最後把溫泉蛋擺在豬肉片上面。淋上「®練芝麻醬」享用。
※高麗菜和蘆筍只要川燙10秒就OK。買不到春高麗菜可用一般高麗菜取代
