Ingredients

烏龍麵 2球
雞胸肉 2塊
生菜 2片
番茄 1/2個
黃瓜 1/2根
<拌麵醬>
味滋康 芝麻醬 (堅果) 5大匙
味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍 5大匙
水 5大匙

Instructions

  1. 將雞胸肉放進裝有少許水的烤盤中,用600w的微波爐加熱兩分鐘,如果肉還不夠熟可以再加時間。放涼雞胸肉再剝成雞絲。
  2. 生菜和黃瓜洗淨後切絲,蕃茄切丁。
  3. 烏龍麵燙熟後撈起用冷水冰鎮,瀝乾水分後盛入碗中。
  4. 把[1]、[2]擺在麵上後,將<拌麵醬>均勻拌在一起後淋在麵上即可享用。
