Ingredients

雞胸肉 (60g)
小黃瓜 (15g)
芝麻醬 (練芝麻) (50ml)
柑橘醋醬汁 (25ml)
水 (25ml)
中華麵  (200g)
蛋絲 (10g)
番茄 (20g)

Instructions

  1. 雞胸肉去皮後, 蒸熟或燙熟後切成薄片。小黃瓜切絲。
  2. 「芝麻涮涮醬」、「柑橘醋醬汁」、水混合作成涼麵醬汁。
  3. 中華麵燙熟後裝入碗内, 將[1]的雞胸肉、小黃瓜、蛋絲、切成半月型的番茄擺上。
  4. 淋上[2]的醬汁即完成。
