Ingredients

麻糬 2塊
豬里肌肉 240g
沙拉油 1大匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 1大匙
奶油 1小匙
細蔥(切蔥花) 適量

Instructions

  1. 大塊麻糬從較短的一邊切成3等份的條狀.
  2. 用豬肉片將①捲起來.用肉捲至盡量藏住中間的麻糬.
  3. 平底鍋放沙拉油後開火加熱,煎②
  4. 豬肉煎熟後再加「柑橘風味调味料」和奶油, 邊煎邊收乾醬汁
  5. 盛入盤內,依個人喜好撒蔥花享用.
