滷雞腿爽口煮

使用一般家庭用的雞腿肉可以輕鬆簡單地做出清爽煮.「柑橘醋醬汁」和水1:1的份量煮下去.堅持了柑橘醋醬汁的酸味和大蒜,生薑的清爽味道.

Ingredients

雞腿肉 大的1片(280g)
水煮蛋 2個
生薑 1片
大蒜 1瓣
細蔥(切蔥花) 適量
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 1/2杯
水 1/2杯

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉切一口大小。
  2. 生薑連皮切薄片。大蒜稍微輕拍壓碎。
  3. 不鏽鋼或是不沾鍋的鍋子裡放入<調味料>和②、煮滾。
  4. 煮滾後再放入①和剝殼水煮蛋、蓋上鍋蓋轉中火煮10分鐘左右。
  5. 煮好的雞肉盛裝入盤內、搭配切開的水煮蛋。可依照個人喜好撒些蔥花裝飾。
