Ingredients

豬里肌肉 (2片)
塩 (少許)
胡椒 (少許)
雞蛋 (1個)
麵粉 (適量)
麵包粉 (適量)
炸油 (適量)
番茄 (1/2個)
高麗菜 (2片)
香芹 (少許)
奶油生菜 (2片)
白蘿蔔泥 (1/2杯)
柑橘醋醬汁 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉灑上塩、胡椒後, 依序裹上麵粉、蛋液、麵包粉後入油鍋炸熟。
  2. 番茄縱切成8等份。高麗菜切絲。
  3. 盤内放入奶油生菜葉、高麗菜絲、切片番茄、香芹作裝飾。把去除多餘水分的蘿蔔泥放在剛炸好的豬排上, 淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」享用。
