雞絞肉 200g
長蔥 (切碎) 10cm分
薑 1根
蛋 1個
太白粉 2大匙
鹽 少量
味滋康 料理酒 1大匙

白菜 4大片
長蔥 1根
香菇 4個
金針菇 1包
嫩豆腐 1塊
紅蘿蔔 適量
茼蒿 1把
昆布 (5cm角) 1片
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 適量
Instructions
- 將昆布放入鍋中水裡浸泡。
- 雞腿肉切至一口大小。混入制作雞肉丸子。
- 將白菜、嫩豆腐切成容易食用的大小。把蔥斜切,把金針菇分成小串。紅蘿蔔、香菇切來做裝飾,茼蒿使用柔軟的部味來切。
- 將[1]鍋加熱,沸騰前取出昆布。沸騰後,加入[2]的雞肉和雞團子加熱。加入其他食材,煮熟後即可沾著「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」享用。
