Instructions
- 鯖魚切成一口大小, 撒上太白粉後油炸。
- 胡蘿蔔、青椒、香菇切細絲, 和金針菇一起快炒, 加入「柑橘醋醬汁」和砂糖調味後煮一下, 最後加入太白粉水煮至濃稠後燴在裝盤的①上。
