鯖魚(切片)100g
太白粉(適量)
炸油(適量)
胡蘿蔔 5g
青椒 5g
生香菇 5g
金針菇 10g
沙拉油(炒菜用)(適量)
柑橘醋醬汁 30ml
砂糖 10g
水 10ml
太白粉水(適量)

Instructions

  1. 鯖魚切成一口大小, 撒上太白粉後油炸。
  2. 胡蘿蔔、青椒、香菇切細絲, 和金針菇一起快炒, 加入「柑橘醋醬汁」和砂糖調味後煮一下, 最後加入太白粉水煮至濃稠後燴在裝盤的①上。
