Ingredients

豬五花 三層肉 400g
水煮蛋 4個
炸洋蔥 40g

柑橘醋醬汁 180ml
可樂 180ml
五香粉 1/2小匙
白飯 4大碗
香菜 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 豬肉切成約5mm×1cm寬條狀
  2. 豬肉、炸洋葱和< A >調味料放入鍋中,煮滾後再蓋上鍋蓋煮15分鐘左右。最後放上水煮蛋再煮5~6分鐘。
  3. 熱呼呼的白飯盛入碗裡,淋上②和水煮蛋,依喜好加入香菜(切末)。
