Ingredients

鮪魚 (生食用) 100g
酪梨 1/2個
洋蔥 1/6個
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 4大匙
橄欖油 1大匙
白飯 2杯米
水菜 1把
白芝麻 1小匙
蔥花 適量

Instructions

  1. 將鮪魚,酪梨切成1.5mm平方一口大小。洋蔥切成薄片。將水菜切成3cm長的大小。
  2. 將鮪魚,酪梨,洋蔥, 「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」,橄欖油放入碗中,讓整裡味道融合。
  3. 碗裡裝盛白飯、放上水菜、以及混合好的[2]。最後裝飾用白芝麻、蔥花,將[2]剩餘的醬汁淋在上面即可享用。
