豬里肌肉 薄片 160g
洋蔥 1/4個
生薑 1塊
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁®  1大匙和1/2
沙拉油 1大匙和1/3
高麗菜 適宜
小番茄 適宜

Instructions

  1. [1] 豬肉片切半,洋蔥切5mm寬.
  2. [2] 生薑磨成泥和「柑橘醋醬汁」混拌均勻.
  3. [3] 平底鍋上倒入沙拉油後開火加熱,豬肉、洋蔥入鍋炒熟後,把[2]邊轉邊加炒再一起.
  4. ※盛裝入盤後,可隨個人喜好加些小番茄,高麗菜絲一起享用.
