Ingredients

高麗菜 250g
馬鈴薯 2個
豬絞肉 300g
塩 (適量)
胡椒 (適量)
 
<醬料>
柑橘醋醬汁 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 高麗菜去梗, 將菜葉切大片。馬鈴薯切薄片, 用水沖過撈起備用。豬絞肉加入塩和胡椒拌勻。
  2. 使用有深度的耐熱盤,依序鋪上高麗菜、碎豬肉、馬鈴薯片,重複疊3層。(最上和最下層放高麗菜)
  3. 用保鮮膜封起來後,放入微波爐(600W)中,約加熱11分鐘左右直到熟透。
  4. 再將其切成4等份,盛入餐盤裡, 淋上〈醬料〉即可享用。
