雞翅 8支(480g)
雞腿肉 1/2塊(140g)
高麗菜 1/4個
香菇 8個
長葱 2根
胡蘿蔔 1根
韭菜 1/2束
水 4杯
酒 1大匙
塩 少許
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 適量
或
味滋康 柚子醋醬汁® 適量
細葱 (切葱花) 適量
胡蘿蔔泥 適量
Instructions
- 鍋中加水、酒、塩和雞翅,煮約20~30分鐘。
- 雞腿肉切成一口大小、高麗菜切塊、香菇頭雕花、長葱斜切段、胡蘿蔔一半切長薄片,一半用模型器具壓出花型。
- 雞腿肉放入[1]開火煮至湯滾後,再放入韭菜以外的所有食材煮至熟。
- 最後加入韭菜煮熟即可。
- ※請沾「柑橘醋醬汁」或「柚子醋醬汁」享用。依個人喜好沾醬亦可加葱花或胡蘿蔔泥。
