Ingredients

嫩豆腐 (1塊)
萵苣 (2片)
番茄 (1個)
秋葵 (2根)
柴魚片 (適量)
白芝麻 (適量)
沙拉醬 (芝麻) (適量)

Instructions

  1. 番茄切成一口大小トマト。萵苣用手撕成片。
  2. 秋葵水煮熟後, 放入冷水冷卻, 切成小段。
  3. 豆腐動作輕柔地去除多餘水分, 用湯匙一匙匙地挖自己喜歡的大小後裝在盤内。
  4. ③上面擺上①② 灑上柴魚片跟白芝麻。
  5. 最後淋上「芝麻醬油沙拉醬」。
