雞絞肉 200g
青蔥(切碎) 湯匙2
蛋 1個
玉米粉 湯匙1
味滋康 料理酒 湯匙1
鹽 適量
烏龍麵 (冷凍) 3玉
白菜 2枚
蝦 4尾
大蔥 1本
水菜 1/3袋
香菇 2個
<調味料>
"味滋康 鰹魚調味露 " 1杯
水 5杯
七味粉 適宜

Instructions

  1. <鶏肉丸材料>均勻拌在一起、「鰹魚調味露」和水煮沸後由鍋邊放入雞肉丸。用中火煮熟後取出。
  2. 白菜斜切成一口大小、大蔥斜切段、水菜切大約6cm長。
  3. 在[1]煮沸的湯中加入[2]的食材和解凍後的烏龍麵。[1]的雞肉丸也一起放入鍋中煮滾。根據個人喜好撒七味粉。
