Instructions
- 將橄欖油倒入平底鍋中,放入切成薄片的大蒜以及切成圓片辣椒後開始加熱,香味出來時,依次加入切薄的杏鮑菇,海瓜子後開始拌炒。
- 在「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」裡,添加米酒和奶油,蓋上蓋子,當海瓜子開口打開時,將其裝入容器中,並撒上蔥花即可享用。
