Ingredients

雞腿肉(業務用) (40g)
沙拉醬 (芝麻) (6ml)
沙拉油(煎炒用) (適量)
長芋 (20g)
沙拉油(煎炒用) (適量)
綠紫蘇 (0.35g)
蔥白絲 (2g)
辣椒粉 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉均切成每一小塊大約40g, 用擦了沙拉油的平底鍋煎烤。等煎熟後倒入「芝麻醬油沙拉醬」(6g)讓醬汁裹附肉上。
  2. 長芋切成1cm厚的圓片狀。用擦了沙拉油的平底鍋開小火將長芋兩面都煎至香酥。等煎熟後倒入「芝麻醬油沙拉醬」(3g)讓醬汁裹附在長芋上。
  3. 盤内放入②, 上面依序疊上綠紫蘇葉和①、蔥白絲、最後灑上辣椒粉。
