沙朗牛 1片(牛排用)
鹽 少許
粗黑胡椒粒 少許
蘿蔔泥 適量

味滋康 鮮藏果香® 柚子醋醬汁 適量
個人喜好之配菜 適量
Instructions
- 在煎沙朗牛的30分鐘前先將牛肉從冷藏櫃取出,放置於常溫。
- 沙朗牛的表面撒上鹽和粗黑胡椒粒。
- 大火加熱烤盤後放入牛油。當油脂溶解後放入牛肉快速烤正面,然後把火調小,一邊觀察烤的程度一邊翻至另外一面烤熟。
- 烤完後用鋁箔紙包好靜置10分鐘。
- 將[4]切成合適入口的大小。將<個人喜歡之配菜>及蘿蔔泥一起裝盤。在另一個容器中倒入「鮮藏果香 柚子醋醬汁」。可依個人喜好將骰子牛沾醬汁後佐些蘿蔔泥一起搭配食用。
