Ingredients

烏龍麵(冷凍) (2球)
蛋黃 (2個)
柴魚片 (適量)
蘿蔔嬰 (1包)
葱 (適量)
烤豬肉 (70g)
 
<醬料>
柑橘醋醬汁 (3大匙 )
芝麻油 (1大匙)
砂糖 (2小匙)
白胡椒 (少許)
濃口醬油 (1大匙)

Instructions

  1. 冷凍烏龍麵煮熟,瀝乾水份。
  2. 將烏龍麵放在碗中,趁熱加入所有醬料,均勻攪拌。
  3. 把[2]盛放碗裡,碗中央弄個凹洞後放上生蛋黃,周圍放上柴魚片、小豆苗、蔥和烤豬肉。
  4. 邊吃邊用筷子拌勻。如果覺得味道不夠,可以多淋上一點「柑橘醋醬汁」。
