牡蠣(剝殼) 20個
白菜 1/4個
青蔥 1條
紅蘿蔔 1/2條
香菇 4顆
嫩豆腐 1丁
蓮藕 1顆
味滋康 烤飛魚鍋高湯 1包

Instructions

  1. [1] 把牡蠣洗好。白菜切大塊。紅蘿蔔切短片。將青蔥切成3~4cm長段。香菇、豆腐切成方便於食用的大小。蓮藕磨碎。
  2. [2] 在鍋中倒入"烤飛魚鍋高湯"後煮沸,將除了牡蠣以外的[1]從不易煮熟的材料開始放入,煮至食材熟透。
  3. [3] 加入牡蠣、等煮熟了即可享用。
