Ingredients

<壽司飯>
米 2杯
<壽司醋>
穀物醋 36ml
砂糖 4大匙
鹽 "1小匙 "
<食材>
鮪魚 (生魚片) 4片
蝦 (熟) 4條
章魚 (熟) 4片
鯛魚 (生魚片) 4片
花枝 (生魚片) 4片
山椒葉 適量
鮭魚卵 適量

Instructions

  1. 米飯稍微煮比平常硬一點, 趁剛煮好熱呼呼時淋上「壽司醋」後攪拌均勻並放涼備用。
  2. 將鮪魚、蝦、章魚、鯛魚放在保鮮膜上,放一些[1]後將保鮮膜包起塑成球狀。
  3. 將山椒葉放在保鮮膜上再放在花枝,如同[2]的做法將飯放上去後包起塑成球狀。
  4. 拿掉保鮮膜後放在餐盤上,根據個人喜好用些鮭魚卵裝飾。
  5. ※在雞蛋中加入糖和鹽作成炒雞蛋,與壽司飯混拌後製作的手球壽司色彩也很鮮豔喔。※1人大概可以做出5個手球壽司。
