Ingredients

生鮭魚 (切片) 2片(200g)
鹽 少一點
洋蔥 1/2個
紅蘿蔔 1/4根
青椒 1個
紅辣椒(切成辣椒圈) 適量
<調味料>
味滋康 穀物醋 3/4杯
醬油 3大匙
糖 6大匙
水 4大匙
大白粉 適量
沙拉油 適量

Instructions

  1. 洋蔥切薄片.紅蘿蔔,青椒切成細絲.混合後放入浸泡.
  2. 鮭魚切一口大小,灑鹽巴後靜置10分鐘左右,擦去多餘水分,灑上太白粉
  3. 平底鍋倒入沙拉油開火加熱煎熟②.等鮭魚兩面都煎至香酥後,趁熱把鮭魚加在①中跟蔬菜拌勻後浸漬30分鐘左右.
  4. 盛裝③的鮭魚和蔬菜入盤,最後將剩餘湯汁淋在菜上.
