Ingredients

豬里肌肉 薄切 200g
白菜 1/4個
長葱 2根
水菜 1/2袋
胡蘿蔔 1/3根
金針菇 1/2袋
絹豆腐 1/2塊
油豆腐皮 3個
味滋康 芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 (開封即用型) 1袋

Instructions

  1. 白菜切大塊、葱切斜段、金針菇去蒂掰散、其它食材切成方便食用大小。
  2. 將芝麻豆乳鍋高湯均勻搖晃後,打開並倒入鍋裡煮,待湯滾後,再加入水菜以外的食材下去煮熟。
  3. 起鍋前加入水菜。
  4. ※推薦吃剩的火鍋湯汁再加入烏龍麵煮來吃,非常美味哦!
