Ingredients

烏龍麵 (熟的) 2球
豬肉片 火鍋用 100g
豆芽菜 1/2袋
青蔥 4g
紅葉萵苣 1片
味滋康 芝麻醬 (堅果) 4大匙
辣油 適量

Instructions

  1. 豬肉片和豆芽菜稍微汆燙一下放涼。豬肉放涼後切成1cm的大小,青蔥切成蔥花狀,生菜用手撥成一口的大小。
  2. 將烏龍麵汆燙熟後用冷水冰鎮後盛入碗中。
  3. 將[1]裝入[2],再淋上「金芝麻醬(培煎堅果)」或是「金芝麻醬 低熱量」和辣油就完成了。
