Instructions
- 在豬肉上撒些鹽和胡椒粉,依序裹上麵粉、雞蛋、麵包屑,然後在油裡炸。
- 將番茄縱切成8等分。高麗菜切成細絲。
- 用奶油萵苣、高麗菜、番茄、香芹裝飾器皿。將略瀝乾水分的蘿蔔泥放在剛炸好的豬排上,淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」。
