雞腿肉 1塊
蘿蔔 1/3根
味滋康 鰹魚調味露二倍 1/2杯
水 1又1/2杯
蘿蔔葉 依個人喜好

Instructions

  1. [1] 雞肉切大塊的一口大小.蘿蔔切2cm厚的半月形狀,放入耐熱盤蓋上保鮮膜,用微波爐(600W)加熱10分鐘,加熱至竹串可以順利插進去即可. 
  2. [2] 鍋子裡放入跟蘿蔔厚開火加熱.煮滾再加入雞肉,蓋上紙鍋蓋煮個10分鐘.熄火後蓋上鍋蓋悶5分鐘.
  3. [3] 盛裝入盤內,可依個人喜好裝飾些水煮蘿蔔葉.
