Ingredients

烤米棒 (4根)
雞腿 (2片)
蒟蒻絲 (1袋)
大蔥 (2根)
牛蒡 (1根)
水芹 (1束)
舞菇 (1包)
胡蘿蔔 (適量)
海陸鍋高湯 (開封即用型) (1袋)

Instructions

  1. 雞肉切成一口大小。將牛蒡刮去表皮浸泡水中備用。
  2. 舞菇掰成小塊。蔥斜斜段,水芹切成4公分長。
  3. 將烤米棒斜切成3-4等分,胡蘿蔔切成花朵形狀,切成容易入口的長度,蒟蒻絲洗淨後切成好入口長度。
  4. 將“海陸鍋高湯”搖晃均勻後倒入鍋中開火加熱。 煮沸後,加入水芹以外的[1]食材至煮熟。 最後加入水芹即可起鍋。
