Instructions
- 蛤蠣吐沙後以清水洗淨。
- 鍋裡放入蛤蠣與酒,蓋鍋蓋悶煮。
- 蛤蠣開口時,將切成細末之蔥與薑放入再煮後關火。
- 將煮好的③盛盤,灑上已切好的萬能蔥。
