雞腿肉 (1片)
鴻喜菇 (1包)
杏鮑菇 (1朵)
洋蔥 (1/4個)
沙拉油 (適量)
芝麻醬 (練芝麻) (3大匙)

Instructions

  1. 菇類切成好入口大小, 洋蔥切成約2公分小塊, 雞腿肉也切成一口大小。
  2. 在平底鍋中加入沙拉油熱鍋,放入雞腿肉拌炒,加入洋蔥和菇類繼續炒至熟,起鍋前可依個人喜好加入「練芝麻醬」拌炒至整體入味後盛盤。
