Ingredients

鮪魚(生魚片等級) (1尾)
洋蔥 (2顆)
生菜 (1/2顆)
鹽 (少許)
黑胡椒 (少許)

Instructions

  1. 將鮪魚切成2公分寬塊狀。用鹽,黑胡椒和麻油調味後,靜置約15分鐘。
  2. 生菜用手撕成好入口大小,洋蔥切成薄片。
  3. 將“ 烤飛魚鍋高湯”倒入鍋中加熱,煮沸後,加入[1]和[2],煮至自己喜歡的熟度後享用。
