Ingredients

牡蠣 (去殼) 300g
白菜   1/4個
青蔥 2根
水菜 1袋
紅蘿蔔 1/4根
金針菇 1袋
嫩豆腐 1塊
油豆腐 2片
<調味料>
味滋康 芝麻豆乳鍋高湯 1袋
<推薦的〆結尾料理>
烏龍麵 (冷凍) 適量(1球)

Instructions

  1. 將食材切成好入口的大小。牡蠣用鹽水搓揉才能洗得乾淨。
  2. 將「芝麻豆乳鍋高湯」搖勻倒入鍋中開火加熱。煮沸後,把水菜以外的食材放進鍋裡煮熟。
  3. 最後再加入水菜略煮一下即熄火。
  4. ※〆吃剩的湯頭推薦結尾料理煮烏龍麵享用。
