鮪魚 (生魚片用) 100g
酪梨 1/2個
洋蔥 1/6個
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 4大匙
麻油 1小匙
砂糖 1/2小匙
白米 2杯
水菜 1株
白芝麻粒 1小匙
蔥花 適量

Instructions

  1. 鮪魚、酪梨切成約1.5cm的塊狀。洋蔥切成薄片。水菜段切約3cm長度
  2. 鮪魚、酪梨、洋蔥、「柑橘醋醬汁」、麻油、砂糖倒入大碗中後拌勻。
  3. 白飯、水菜、[2]盛入食器中。撒上適量的炒白芝麻和蔥花、最後將[2]的醬汁均勻淋上即完成。
