Instructions
- 擦去雞翅多餘的水分。將甜椒辣切成約5mm寬的細條。
- 將帶皮的生薑切成薄片。將大蒜稍微壓碎。
- 將<調味料> 和[2]放入不銹鋼或樹脂加工的鍋中煮沸。
- 煮沸後,加入[1]的雞翅和去殼的水煮蛋,蓋上鍋蓋,用中火燉約20分鐘。
- 當雞翅煮熟時,將甜椒放入[4]中,蓋上鍋蓋,稍微煮約1分鐘以保留甜椒清脆的口感。
- 將雞翅、甜椒裝盤,搭配切成兩半的水煮蛋。
