Chicken wings (8 wings)
Boiled eggs (1 to 2 eggs, as desired)
Bell peppers (1/2 of a bell pepper (mix of red and yellow))
Ginger (1 clove)
Garlic (1 clove)
Mizkan AJIPON® (1 cup)
Mizkan AJIPON® MILD (1 cup)
Water (1 cup)


  1. Remove the moisture of the chicken wings well. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips about 5-mm wide.
  2. Cut the ginger into thin slices leaving the peel on. Lightly crush the garlic.
  3. Place the <seasonings> and [2] into a stainless steel or resin-coated pot and bring to a boil.
  4. After it has come to a boil, add the children wings in [1] and peeled boiled eggs, cover and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.
  5. After the chicken wings are cooked through, add the bell peppers to [4]. Cover and simmer for about 1 minute so that the peppers cook slightly but retain their texture.
  6. Place the chicken wings and bell peppers on a plate. Cut the boiled eggs in half and serve.
