綜合海鮮 (100g)
鹽/胡椒 (適量)
鮮奶 (1大匙)
奶油 (10g)
 
金芝麻醬(粗粒) (適量)

Instructions

  1. 把蛋打散,接著加入鮮奶。綜合海鮮先解凍。
  2. 平底鍋裡加入奶油與綜合海鮮一起拌炒,用鹽、胡椒調味。將蛋汁倒入製作蛋包飯。
  3. 和配菜一起,淋上味滋康金芝麻醬即可享用。
